Description
I’m seeking a new flatmate to take over the room from my wonderful flatmate who is moving abroad. The available room is a spacious double with an ensuite bathroom and access to a shared balcony. Our modern, two-bedroom flat is located in a new build in Canada Water, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station with great links to central London. You’ll also enjoy nearby greenery and all essential amenities within a 5-minute walk.
Read on for more details about the flat, about me, and what I’m looking for in a new flatmate!

About me
I’m a trainee solicitor working at an international law firm, so my weekdays are usually quite busy. I work from home only on Fridays. I'm clean and respectful of boundaries — creating a harmonious and comfortable living environment is really important to me.
I’m friendly and easygoing, and while I enjoy my own space, I also love having a chat over coffee or dinner now and then. When I’m not working, I’m out exploring what London has to offer. - finding good food spots, discovering a hidden speakeasy, visiting museums, or catching a theatre show or live music.
I see the flat as a quiet sanctuary—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I mostly go out to socialize, though I occasionally enjoy having a few friends over for a relaxed evening. On weekends, I like to wind down at home with a good book or movie, but I also enjoy going out with friends. I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful home but also enjoys a bit of socializing.
About you:
I’m looking for a professional who shares similar values when it comes to what a home should be like. Ideally, you’re easygoing, clean, and organized, with a respect for personal boundaries..
Good communication is key—someone who is open and proactive about discussing any issues that might arise, ensuring we can resolve things easily and amicably without conflict.
I've always been or become good friends with flatmates, so I value sharing a flat with someone who is friendly and sociable. While we’ll each have our own lives, I’d love to get along well and build a good rapport.
In terms of day-to-day living, I appreciate a flatmate who is reliable and flexible. Being dependable with shared responsibilities and bills is important, and a willingness to contribute fairly to household chores helps maintain a good clean home,. I'd also appreciate flexibility regarding each other’s schedules and occasional needs.
Interested? Here's How to Proceed:
If you’re interested in the room, please drop me a message! I’m happy to arrange viewings on Fridays or over the weekend.
We can then chat to see if we’re a good match and to answer any questions you might have about the flat or living arrangements.
