We’re three professionals in the software and renewable energy industries. We’re aged 37, 33, and 26, originally from Argentina and Serbia. We are about to start letting a house in Pump house close, Canada water, and need a new housemate as our 4th member will no longer be renting with us.

We'll move in September 14th.

The house is located in a converted Victorian Pump house and it’s one block away from Canada water tube/overground/bus station. Within a very short walking distance of local and large supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, a shopping center, and parks.

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, a shelf and a chest of drawers. It includes a large built in storage space under the stairs, and most importantly: a garden. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, together with the garage and a toilet (shared, but likely to be used mainly by yourself as the other bathroom is 2 floors up). The rest of us tenants would certainly value being able to access the garden every now and then! (when the weather is nice). The house includes a separate kitchen and a large living room, and another bathroom with a shower to be shared between 3 rooms (4th room has its own). There’s also a garage on the ground floor we plan to use as a multi-purpose room, hopefully with a home gym. The Living room has a sofa bed and can occasionally be used as a guest room.

We welcome fun, sociable working professionals to come and help us make a fun experience out of living in Canada Water. We would also expect a new tenant to help us furnish the house with some of the remaining items, (kitchenware, microwave, decorations, etc).
