Canada Water Flat

We have a lovely double en suite room to rent in our 3 bedroom flat in Canada Water available from 5th October but there is potential to be flexible on the move in date. Rent is £1100 per month and bills are approx £120 per month for electricity, water, council tax and wifi (likely to be more in winter).

The flat has a shared living space with open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony. The bedroom is unfurnished but our outgoing flatmate is happy to sell the furniture to the new tenant.

About the area:

The area has great transport links, an 8 minute walk from both Canada Water Tube Station (Jubilee Line, Overground and Bus) and Surrey Quays Station (Overground and Bus) and is only a few minutes walk away from Surrey Quays shopping centre which has a big Tesco and various other shops, pubs and restaurants.

About us:

We are two female young professionals; Rachel (25) and Rosa (25). During the week we both work full time and do a mix of wfh/office. We are friendly and enjoy evenings in the pub, meals out, coffees, walks and gym classes but are also happy spending a night in watching the TV and are respectful of each others space and work schedules during the week.
