We have a spacious room for rent, in our spacious house overlooking the Thames, from end of October 2024 (flexible with move in date). The lease ends in March 2024, which the current flatmates are looking to renew.

The property is a lovely three floor spacious house with three bedrooms and three balconies overlooking the river Thames. The unique layout also features two full bathrooms on each floor and a powder room on the entrance, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room which is perfect for hosting social events. Your room will be on the first floor and you will be sharing the bathroom on the same floor with 1 female working professional.
About the room:
The room comes with the following furniture included. 1 Double bed, Two full wardrobes with plenty of storage space. One side table cum storage unit with a couple of drawers. You can setup a workdesk in the room or in the living room. The room also comes with a shared kitchen and living room with a balcony, which is perfect to enjoy a drink or have a meal overlooking the river.
About the neighborhood:
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is located in the midst of several lovely water bodies. There is an Uber boat stop just outside the house and connects to Canary wharf in 4 minutes. The closest stations are Canada water and Surrey Quays approximately 15 mins by walk .There is a council owned watersports and gym facility in the vicinity, free for residents on the weekends. There are several supermarkets and shops and shopping centre around including a huge Tesco extra.

We are looking for a clean and elegant professional, who will adjust well with the rest of the flatmates.
