I am searching for a replacement tenant urgently, must be rented till October 1 max until 10th of October.

Home is located nearby Canada Water station, 2minutes walking distance, 5 minutes to Tesco Extra, 7 minutes to Surray Quays Overground, 50 m to bus station, 1 and 199 and other buses available whole day, everything nearby,

It is Landale House Private Accomodation,

Room is 240 per week, all bills included, high speed internet, kitchen with balcony, shared bathroom and kitchen with private bedroom.

I am moving to another location due to my university commute,
