Room for Sublet

Hi, this room is available around Christmas time for 1 month. i am leaving the place for a month and happy to sublet it to someone. bills included. big ensuite furnished room with a comfortable study chair desk and like three closets. i can empty out two of them for you but even without the closets the room is pretty huge so
you can put your suitcases easily. there is a common area and balcony in the house and parking available. the room is part of a two bed flat with fully furnished lounge kitchen microwave and washing machine. one other female flatmate will be in the flat. very friendly. looking for a female preferably. full rent and deposit paid before moving in.
