Room for Sublet

Hi, this room is available around Christmas time for 1 month. i am leaving the place for a month and happy to sublet it to someone. bills included. big ensuite furnished room with balcony in the house and parking available. no deposit if happy to pay full rent as advised before move in. the room is part of a two bed flat with fully furnished lounge kitchen microwave and washing machine. one other female flatmate will be in the flat. very friendly. looking for a female preferably.
