Sublet En-suite room with balcony - 3 weeks

Hello!!

I am going away from 7th Feb - 28th feb and subletting my room for that period for £30 a night. I will need the entire amount to be paid upfront. It is a cute en-suite room with an amazing balcony in a gated community. Message me for more pictures/videos.

The house is a 2 bed 2 bath flat on the 2nd floor of a gated society, 2 min walk from the Canada Water tube station (Jubilee line and London overground)

- 24hr concierge
- Sainsbury next to the station (2 min walk from the house)
- Big Tesco supermarket (5 min walk from the house)
- Lots of yoga studios, gyms, a public library and cafes nearby
- Fully equipped open plan kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine)
- Centrally located, 10 min bus to tower bridge.

Feel free to reach out if this place seems suitable. Ideally prefer female tenants.
