Double bedroom for rent - new build apartment

We have a double room for rent in our 3 bedroom flat ( there is a shared bathroom with one other flatmate, picture attached!)

This is my room and I will be leaving the UK in January hence looking for someone to replace me. The flat comes with two super lovely flatmates, can promise a homely feel.

I am looking for someone to move in from January 2025 (can be flexible between 1st to 19th January), until 19th August 2025 with possibility to extend if desired.

Really good connectivity : The flat is a 9 minute walk to Canada Water station ( for reference - you’re at London bridge in 4mins) and 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays Station.

There is a nisa local and co-op 4mins walk, Sainsbury local by the Canada water station and a big Tesco extra by the Surrey quays station.

A new build, lots of sunlight and retains heat very well throughout the year!

Bills not included and references would be required. Deposit amount is £1163 (this is equally divided by all 3 flatmates however one of the rooms is an en-suite and hence the rent amounts are different.)

And we’re looking for a female flatmate!
