Hi, this is a really well connected flat in a pretty quiet yet central location - east to get to Shoreditch or London Bridge etc..
I’m unfortunately moving out so looking for someone to replace me. Current flat mates are good mates of mine and really easy to live with.
Really well kitted out kitchen, one of those downwards-sucking extractor fans, washer dryer, no need to share the bathroom as the other rooms have en-suites.
There’s visitor parking. Really close to Stave Hill. All in all it’s a great flat!

The tenancy is up at the end of May.
Bills not included but generally pretty cheap as it’s a modern flat. Council tax band is E.
