Double Room in Spacious Canada Water Flat – Available February 1, 2025

Location: Canada Water (Zone 2), a 10-15 minute walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line and Overground) and under 10 minutes to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, which includes a large Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, and Decathlon.

The room is a bright and cozy double, available furnished or unfurnished (cost to be discussed if furnished). You will share a modern bathroom with one other flatmate. You'll get your own shower though!

The flat is a spacious, modern, and bright three-bedroom property with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a balcony. Rent is £950 per month, and bills are approximately £130 per month.

We are two professionals originally from Vancouver, Canada, who moved to London in May 2024. I am 31 and work remotely in HR Ops for a tech company, and Tracy is 28 and works as an Account Manager in advertising.

We enjoy exploring London, traveling around Europe, playing sports (mainly basketball), attending R&B concerts, and the occasional night out. We also love cozy nights in with cooking, baking, wine, movies, or board games.

We are looking for a working professional in their late twenties to early thirties who is friendly, responsible, and looking for a place to call home. Ideally, you would share some of our interests and be interested in building a friendly, sociable household.
