Two double rooms in house with garden

I have two double bedrooms available from the beginning of February 2025.

Bedroom 1 is £935 per month.
A separate smaller room that may be used as a study is included.
The room comes with a double bed only, but the current tenant is willing to sell her furniture to the new tenant.

Bedroom 2 is £880 per month.
The bedroom has a small room off the side.
It comes with a double bed, mirrors and wardrobe. The current tenant is willing to sell the chest of drawers and the bedside table to the new tenant.

Bills are not included and come to approximately £125 per person per month.
There is also a deposit of £833 per person.

You would be joining an existing joint tenancy agreement until the 5th of September 2025. At the end of the tenancy, we can talk to the landlord and the estate agency about starting a new agreement if we wish!

The house is very spacious, with a big living room and kitchen, garden, garage and lots of storage throughout the house. We have a good relationship with the landlord and stuff gets fixed quickly.
The house is less than 10 minutes from Canada Water (Jubilee and Overground) and Rotherhithe stations (Overground). Very close to the Thames and loads of great pubs!

You’d be living with me - Ed, 28. I work mostly from home but do go into the office once a week or so.
