The house is located between the park and the river, safe and residential area. The room has a king size bed, desk and a wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is also a desk in the living room.

Many people come here for walking and jogging from Surrey Quay to Russia Dock Woodland. It's a safe residential area. It's one of the few peaceful areas in London where you won't hear police or ambulance sirens.

- Jubilee Line Canada Water station - less than 10-15 min walk or (bus stop 1 min walk 381, C10 bus) (5 min to subway by bus)
- Neighbourhood supermarket 3 min walk, big Tesco 10-15 mins till 12am, library, pool, etc.
