Gorgeous Canada Water Flat 1min from Station

I am moving away for work and now looking to rent out my room in the most gorgeous 2 bed, 2 bath flat. Please note that this will be a tenancy transfer.

It is a bright, spacious, clean and quiet flat with a great energy in it. My current flatmate and I have worked quite hard to make sure the general energy of the flat is light and positive.

The room itself is a spacious double room with its own bathroom (bath tub + shower) and ample clothes storage.

Pictures simply don't do this space justice.

The building has a gym for residents!

The building is right across Canada Water station which has the overground and the jubilee line, as well as a major bus station servicing a wide geographical range.

There is a shopping centre that's a 7 minute walk away which has a large tesco, Boots, Superdrug, H&B and other shops. There's also a Sainsbury's local right opposite the building

Unfortunately, we will not be considering couples.
