-Our house has in total 3 bedrooms and we are renting a lovely Single bedroom. This room will share a colourful renovated bathroom - with one other person. Space that will be shared is our bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen (SMEG and Samsung appliances).
-Our house has a private beautiful Garden with a massive table to enjoy outside. We have an olive tree, plums , figs flowers and also all you need to enjoy a summer BBQs.
-Do you cycle to work? We have also storage for 3 bicycles inside the house and a private parking place.
-The house comes fully equipped - the experience would be like being in a lovely AirbnB house.
- We are a couple of sociable, friendly and tidy professionals - 50s. We will be working away from home mostly and we are looking for a person that can treat the house with respect. Furthermore as we are the owners of the house, you will be dealing directly with the landlord, and there are no hidden charges whatsoever.
- Finally if you're working from Home is available an office room equipped with a desk and a 32inches monitor.
IMPORTANT - Our house is not suitable for students or party people, and we are looking for someone who fits in our working / quiet routine
