Spacious double room with sofas and garden access

Hi all,

Renting my room in Canada Water £1100pm with all bills included between 1 June-31 July 2025. This room has immediate access to the garden and is on the first floor - perfect if you like a summer garden party :)

It’s a really lovely house and super convenient to the station (about 7 mins walk). Theres a big Tesco extra if you love grocery shopping (I waste a lot of time here lol- it’s 12 mins away and is open 6am till midnight everyday except Sundays). It’s a 4 bed house and you share 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen is quite spacious and there’s a dining table.

There’s a local gym 5 mins away with a swimming pool, sauna and gym equipment which I frequently go to (it’s free Friday-Sunday for residents)

There’s also a cleaner which comes and cleans all the common areas on a biweekly basis - included in bills!
