We are Bryony, Ella, and Nikitha, and we are advertising a fully furnished double room in our gorgeous four bed home in Canada Water! The room comes with its own shower and bathroom for your use. The house has a separate kitchen, living room, and dining room which we all share and we also have all the necessary appliances - kettle, microwave, washer, gas hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and tv!! There’s plenty of storage in the kitchen and we have a couple of cupboards each.

Available from 1 August 2025 - long term contract
- 10 minute walk from Canada Water station (Jubilee line tube and Windrush line overground - five minute journey into central London)
- Multiple bus stops within a 5 minute walk
- 5 minute walk from Surrey Quays shopping centre with a huge Tesco Extra, Boots and much more!!
- Walking distance to Southwark Park and Puregym
- 5 minute walk from The Pear Tree and other cute brunch spots
- Greenland dock is at the end of our road
Rent - £950 per month. Council tax and bills at the max will be approximately £150 each, right now in the summer it’s between £70-80 each.

About us:
Bryony (21) works at Blank Street and the O2, songwriter, loves music, reading, going to concerts and horseriding <3
Nikitha (27) works in tech and works hybrid a few days at home and in the office. <3
Ella (22) works at Hyde park stables, studied journalism, loves reading, fashion and horseriding <3
Nikitha and Bryony have lived here together for the last year and absolutely love it. Ella is our friend of two years who is now joining us for the new contract.
We are definitely a chill household and would like to find someone who fits in with our dynamic. We’re a bunch of yappers (when we can catch each other in between our schedules) and love to have a cup of tea and a catch up on an evening. Some of our shifts require early morning and late nights so we’re very respectful of noise and people’s sleep schedules. (No students or couples).
