Surrey Quays/Canada Water stations are 10/15 mins walk away, and C10/381 bus stop 5 mins walk away. There is a Tesco, Co-Op, corner shops, and a great selection of pubs & restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk.
The other housemates are 3 females aged 25-28, all NHS shift workers. They are very friendly, love to get out and explore London, or have some nibbles & a drink at home! I've had the time of my life living here, but now buying my own place, so you'd be taking over my room for the remainder of the tenancy (officially on the contract, so references etc. required)!
The lease is up on 22nd October, but can be extended if you/the girls decide to (TBC).
