Hey,

Subletting my room in our lovely house in Canada Water for 6 months starting ASAP.

About us-

We are a group of friends from Cambridge aged 25-27. We generally like to meet friends for drinks, play sports and try new food places on the weekend.

Bella works at the treasury and loves to cook. Jake is in Surveying, is big into sports (Tennis Golf Basketball Paddel etc) and Leandro works in finance so he has no life.

The flat-

It's a big 4 bedroom house spread over 3 floors in a private complex near Canada water station.

There is a lovely garden with a water feature which your room would look out onto plus an outside patio with seating & bbq that gets the sun all day. There is also an upstairs balcony for exercise/ice bath/shard viewing.

The bedroom is a great size for the price with lots of storage. We have a big kitchen, high-ceilinged living room and 3 bathrooms across the house. You will share a floor with Bella that has the main bathroom on.

We have a cleaner every 3 weeks, but otherwise share responsibilities.

About you-

We'd like someone in their mid 20s to early 30s who is tidy and good to get on with. We're happy with whatever level of friendship/keeping to yourself that you'd like but will be sure to make you feel welcome regardless. We do have a more social lifestyle and so it might suit you more if you don't mind our occasional drinking with friends in the garden.

Keen to interview people to move in whenever you are ready. Rent is £965 + £100 bills
