Hi there! 👋 I’m Jeff – a friendly professional working in a law firm (often out of the house more than I’m in it). My current flatmate, Josh, sadly has to move out of London for personal reasons, so I’m looking for someone great to share this lovely home with.

• Layout: Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms + one extra toilet
• Condition: Excellent throughout – clean, modern, and well-maintained
• Vibe: Relaxed, tidy, and comfortable – not a party house but always happy to share a coffee or glass of wine when schedules align!

• Everything’s ready for you to move in – just need to assemble the bed (happy to help!).

📍 The Area & Transport
Virginia Court is in a fantastic spot – just a 7 minutes walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee line & Overground) and even closer to Surrey Quays. From here, you can be in London Bridge in 5 minutes, Canary Wharf in 3 minutes, or the West End in under 20 minutes. The Overground makes East London, Shoreditch, and beyond super easy to get to.

The neighbourhood is friendly, green, and peaceful, with the river Thames path, Southwark Park, cafes, pubs, and shops all nearby.
