Hi! I’m looking for a working professional to fill a double room with ensuite bathroom near Canada Water (Jubilee line) for £1,125 excl. bills, in a 2 bed 2 bath flat. Move in Jan 30th/Feb 1st!
📍 The flat is also a few minutes from Surrey Quays overground and is in immaculate condition, particularly as the owners were previously living there with all furniture replaced last year.
🏡 You will have your own bathroom (pictured) and a very spacious double bedroom with sliding wardrobes and plenty of storage. Room size is 4 x 2.81m (ensuite 2.21 x 1.9m) and the flat is quite roomy at 70 sq. metres total.
🌊 The living room has a balcony overlooking the water and is very bright. There is also a gated parking spot which comes with the property and additional visitors parking. I don't have a car so you can use this freely!
📜 Move in date is end of January/ for 12 months (with a 6m break clause), with potential for rolling tenancies thereafter. Must be able to pass referencing as landlord does not accept guarantors or upfront rent payment!

Work asides I love to be at pilates and would be glad for us to gym together, or have some drinks at home to unwind!
