Posting on behalf of my housemates as I'm one of the two moving on.
We’re looking for two new housemates to join our lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home just a 5-minute walk from Canada Water station. The house is tucked away on a peaceful residential road but still right in the heart of London – a rare find.
Sadly, both of our friends are moving to be much closer to their work, so we’re hoping to find someone friendly and easy-going to join us from March.
The House:
- Bright, modern, and spacious, with a large garden (plus a built-in BBQ – perfect for summer evenings).
- Renovated to a high standard (it used to be a family home before us).
- High-end German appliances, plenty of storage, and parking available in front of the house (currently not in use by us).
- Bills are super reasonable – around £120/month each.
- We have great cleaner for communal areas every few weeks.
- We rent directly from a great landlord who genuinely takes care of the property.
Room 1 (£1100 pcm)
Double bedroom on the second floor with juliet balcony. This room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. You will have your own bathroom right outside the room that is for your exclusive use.
Room 2 (£1250 pcm)
The penthouse room offer has a king bed and comes fully furnished with 2 huge built-in wardrobes, built-in desk and ample other storage cupboards. The room also has its own private en-suite with slide door entrance, storage, a double bath tub and walk in shower chest of draws and bedside table. This is situated on the third floor, and is the only room on this floor. This room has lots of natural light with 8+ skylights.
