Hi everyone,
I'm moving out of London at the end of September, so my lovely en-suite room will be available. It’s been such a wonderful place to live, and I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have. The rent is £900 per month (plus bills).

The Room:
You’ll get a bright, comfortable double bedroom on the ground floor with the huge bonus of your own private en-suite bathroom. Having this extra convenience and privacy has honestly been one of my favourite things about living here.

The House:
This is a three-bedroom home, fully lived in by three people, split across two floors:
Downstairs: My en-suite room (which you’ll be taking), plus the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing garden that’s perfect when the sun’s out.
Upstairs: The other two bedrooms and a separate bathroom used by Michael and Jack.

Your Flatmates
Michael – works in international relations, active and outdoorsy, into biking, sports, and exploring London. Really easy-going and tidy.
Jack – a working professional, respectful and easy-going. Mostly works from home, enjoys a calm and quiet living space, and often spends free time exploring the city.

It’s a calm, quiet, and friendly home where everyone gets along well and respects each other’s space, but also enjoys the occasional chat or outing together.

Location:
The house is in one of the best spots in London for convenience while still being peaceful:
3 minutes to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line & Overground)
2 minutes to Rotherhithe Overground
10 minutes by tube to London Bridge, 5 minutes to Canary Wharf, under 20 minutes to Bond Street.

Details:
Rent: £900 per month (+ around £100 for bills)
Move-in: End of September
