Double Bedroom Available in Canada Water

My flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend late October, looking for someone to renew the lease with.

The flat is located in a quiet gated community 5 mins walk away from both Canada Water and Rotherhithe stations (Jubilee + Overground - both have 24 hours service on a weekend!). There is also access to parking space.

It is bright double bedroom with plenty of storage. The room comes fully furnished including the desk and chair.

Although the room isn't en suite, the flat has 2 bathrooms so you will have the main bathroom to yourself (including a bath).

The flat is rented through Chase Evans (an estate agents) and we have had no issues.

I am a 23 year old working in Insurance tech and I work from the office almost everyday. Been in London for about a year `and this flat is very convenient for getting around.

I am sociable and like to keep busy seeing friends/going out, but also enjoy chilled evenings in!

Deposit amount tbc, the flat is Southwark Council Tax Band E, and energy bills are around £60 pm.
