Hi Everyone,

We're looking for someone to join our friendly flatshare in Canada Water. Ideally looking for a working professional and someone who respects a clean and quite living space. This is a poc and queer friendly house hold
You'll be living with my self : Ashmy, 26, Teaching Assistant and Shika, 23, Social Media and Marketing. Along with our full time jobs, we're also pursing our creative interests such as; film, photography and art. As a flat we like to be sociable and have the occasional movies nights, go out for food, and listen to live music.

New tenancy starts on the 16th of September!
The rent is £990 with all bills included!! The room is £840 pcm with bills coming to £150 (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi) Council tax band is C.
It's located 6 mins walk from Canada Water station, with the Jubilee and Windrush line. The transport links is one of the biggest perks of living here!

There's a Sainsbury's, Tesco and Lidl within walking distance!. We also have some really nice green spaces near by like Southwark Park and Russia Dock Woodland
