New build apartment in Canada Water with large open plan kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, and a private balcony. Located 8 minutes walking distance from Canada Water underground station.

***About the room:

Cozy single room, that can fit a double bed. The room comes furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. I have purchased the small double bed in the photos and I’m very happy to sell that to you for a very discounted price.

You’d be sharing a big bathroom with one another person. There is also an additional storage room where we keep shoes/coats/suitcases etc.

***Bills:
Bills come to around £150 a month (per person) depending on the season and usage and includes water, heating, electricity, internet, TV, and council tax.

***About the flatmates:
There are currently 3 of us Sanjna, Tessa and Simran who will be leaving. We’re all young professionals, 28-31 yrs.

We all are very positive, responsible, neat and tidy, and respectful of people's privacy so looking for someone that ticks these boxes too! We all have busy lives but love to catch up with each other and we get on really well. Someone who is like-minded, respectful, and friendly would fit in very well.

***Area
The flat is around 8 min walk to Canada Water and Surrey Quays, it is really well connected with Jubilee line and the overground (Windrush) line. It’s really close to the Surrey Quays lake and Stave Hills for feeling like you’re not in London.

***Move in Details
The room will be free from November (ideally mid-Nov but can do earlier if needed). You would need to pay the deposit and replace me on the joint contract - for this you would need to pass referencing checks.
