The shared spaces (kitchen and living room) are modern with plenty of storage space. With a balcony and seating area. Available for £1065 (bills not included). Bills usually come up to around £140 a month.

This 2nd-floor flat is located in the heart of a modern development. The flat also comes with a brilliant and lovely concierge service (all included in the rent). There is also car and bicycle parking on the ground floor. There are multiple shops within a 2-minute radius of the flat, as well as a Tesco Extra and the Surrey Quays shopping centre, just 10 minutes away.

The location is quiet, relaxing and safe and the flat is perfect for commuting into the city, both for work and leisure.
