One double bedroom available for rent in Canada Water from beginning of next month - about 4/5 minute walk from Canada Water station (jubilee line and overground) and 5 minute walk from Rotherhithe station (overground). One stop from Canary Wharf, 2 stops from London Bridge. Also has good bus links to Central London and SE London, including night bus. Bus stop is 2 min walk from flat

Also amazing cycle paths (seperate from the road) to south London and central London, with nearest Santander bikes available 3 minute walk from flat

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

Flat includes 1 bathroom, fully furnished living room and kitchen.

You will be sharing with 1 other female and also my friends will occasionally be staying in the spare bedroom.

There is also parking available behind the flat and on-street parking. Also bike locker available in front for a fee from the council.

Close to shopping centre (8-10 minutes walk), Southwark park (3 mins walk) and River Thames (7 mins walk)

Looking for a friendly but clean and respecful female flatmate. I'm looking to socialise but also have own space - happy to find more than one too if a good fit for the flat!

Rent is £1250 per month INCLUDING all bills (gas and electricity, wifi, water, council tax, bi-weekly cleaner)

You must be friendly and fairly chilled, but able to discuss any issues that might crop up quite easily. Looking for ideally 1 year flatmate but 6 months is ok! Also aimed at someone who doesn’t wfh more than 40% of the time, just as I also work from home a fair amount.
