One double bedroom available for rent in Canada Water from beginning of next month (flexible move in date!)

Amazing location: 5 minute walk from Canada Water station (jubilee line and overground, both night tubes) and 5 minute walk from Rotherhithe station (overground). One stop from Canary Wharf and London Bridge, and just 15 mins to Shoreditch!

Great cycle paths that take you to Westminster with the nearest Santander bikes available a 3 min walk away. And bus stop is just outside.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

Flat includes 1 bathroom, fully furnished living room and kitchen. We also have a spare bedroom and a sofa bed currently for any guests too.

You will be sharing with 1 other female (me!) who is very friendly and relaxed.

There is also car parking available behind the flat and on-street parking and a bike locker available in front for a fee from the council.

Close to shopping centre (8-10 minutes walk) and a big Tescos (10 mins) and Lidl (15 mins), Southwark park (5 mins walk) and River Thames (7 mins walk). Brand new gym opened 5 minutes away with pool. Bermondsey street is a 20 minute walk away (recommend the Bermondsey Beer Mile!). And when Printworks reopens next year that’s also 10 mins away. Honestly you’re spoilt for choice!

Looking for a friendly, clean and sociable flatmate. I'm looking to make a friend as well as a flatmate - someone who is chilled, likes their own downtime and space but is also sociable and wants to do things like flat dinners, local explorations and good pub nights out / an evening run.

I’ve also got a spare bedroom if your friends want to come and stay (/if a friend wants to move in for a bit too, have had that before!)

Rent is £1000 per month, bills excluded but I also have a bi-weekly cleaner.

Looking for someone for 6 months to 1 year! I have changing shift patterns every week, and so sometimes I’ll be in the flat during weekdays, but if you wfh 2-3 days a week that should be ok.
