A large ensuite double room up for grabs in our lovely house near Canada Water / Surrey Quays.

You’d be living with three friendly, social young professionals who enjoy a laugh, the occasional flat dinner or pub night, and just chilling together after work. We’re all tidy but pretty relaxed — we like to keep the place clean and comfortable without being fussy.

The room:
• Spacious double room with your own ensuite (no queue for the shower)
• Bright, fully furnished, and ready to move in.
• Plenty of storage and space to make it your own

The flat:
• Kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc.)
• Large living area for movie nights, takeaways, or catching up after work
• Large garden with chairs and table

The area:
• A short walk to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) and Surrey Quays (Overground)
• Close to shops, cafes, pubs, gyms, and lovely riverside walks

We’re looking for someone friendly, easygoing, and clean who wants a sociable home rather than just a room to crash in.

Available: 1st January 2026
Rent: £780 per month (bills not included but around £80)
