(3 month let) Double room available Canada water

Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to sublet my room to for three months.

It is a very spacious double bedroom in a gated complex and is 5 mins from Canada water station walking.

There is also some lovely natural areas near by with the Thames river and southwhark park.

Currently there are 4 people in the house. 2 lads and 2 ladies.

The room is available on the 5th of December until the start of March.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is easy going, clean, respectful.

The flat comes with a parking space if required.

The room itself is very spacious and has an ensuite see photos attached.

Cost is £1050 including bills, however bills can be higher over the winter months so they may be extra over this let.
