Room available right opposite canada water station

My flatmate recently moved out to live with his partner so there is a spare room available!
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There are two bathrooms, so one would be yours and a large kitchen/living area with a balcony looking over the canal. There is also a small gym downstairs which is free for residents. The flat is located right opposite the station but is not loud and is very safe.

You'd be sharing with myself, I'm a Civil Engineer currently working within rail sustainability, roughly 2-3 days wfh. I enjoy trips to the pub or playing 5-a-side, but also watching films and cooking. I have a girlfriend who usually stays over 1 night on the weekend.
