Hello! My partner I are moving out, so we’re looking for a couple to take over our spacious double room from 1st January in our lovely, modern 2-bedroom flat located in the Porter's Edge development – just beside Canada Water station (Jubilee line & Overground).

- Bright and spacious double room – ideal for a couple.
- Rent for the room: £1,650/month
- Council tax band E
- Large private bathroom (with a bathtub!) – you’ll have it all to yourselves as I have an en-suite.
- Modern finish, large windows and city views.
- Estimated deposit based on previous tenants (subject to confirmation, but should be similar)

The Flat:
-2 bedroom, 2-bathroom flat with open-plan kitchen/living area. You’d be living with one housemate Jess.
- Overlooks the private residents’ podium garden and tennis courts on the 3rd floor.
- Super fast Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home
- Pet-friendly building and I am more than happy for a couple to join me with a pet. I've lived with a dog before!

About Jess:
- Professional in her 20s working in finance, tidy, respectful, and sociable. Ideally looking for flatmates who are similar – clean, friendly, and easy-going.
