Small room with large garden, kitchen and lounge

Hi
We have a lovely home with four bedrooms.
There is a large kitchen dining room and lounge.
We have a large garden and bbq. There is also a bike shed there and good bike paths near us into London bridge.
There is a toilet and shower downstairs and a bath and toilet upstairs.
The room to rent is a large single room upstairs with views to the other side of the Thames to the Canary Wharf skyline. There is a single bed and a pull out single mattress underneath.
The cost includes internet, taxes, water, electricity, gas etc.
I am in New Zealand so not there. My daughter is at Uni so comes home some weekends and we have a busy flatmate who lives there full time but is out with friends a lot and has a cute little dog.

The area is peaceful with lots of parks, canals and the Thames walkway near by. The 381 is right outside and the Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays tube stops near by. There is also the Hotel ferry across to Canary Wharf.
The house is in a friendly culdesac, with off street parking.
