Large and lovely ensuite bedroom available from the end of January 2026.

My dear flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a female flatmate to share this beautiful home with.
I’m 38 and hoping to find someone who is tidy, friendly, and happy to enjoy the occasional relaxed evening together - ideally someone who might become a friend as well.

Please note: the flat is non-smoking, I’m not accepting couples, and I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.
The rent is £1,400 per month, plus £250 for bills (council tax, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and a cleaner every two weeks). So £1650 in total.

A little about me: I’m respectful, tidy, and very considerate of personal space. I’m naturally more on the introverted side, but I enjoy creating a warm, friendly atmosphere at home and love relaxed chats or evenings together when it suits us both.

The apartment itself is bright, well-proportioned, and located on the second floor of Montreal House in the sought-after Maple Quays development. It offers wooden floors, an open-plan kitchen and living room, a spacious balcony, and two double bedrooms with ample storage. Residents also benefit from a concierge and free gym.
The location is excellent - just 0.1 miles from Canada Water station (Jubilee line and Overground) and a short walk to dockside attractions and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.
