Looking for 2 flat mates to move in a lovely house in Surrey Quays. Beginning of the new contract is 9th February.
It's an 8-minute walk to Surrey Quays Overground station and a 10-minute walk from Canada Water station. The house is also close to the Shopping Centre, which has a large Tesco and many other stores.
Two of our flatmates are moving out, so we're looking for someone to move in with us starting in February.
Bills are around 150 max during winter, much less in summer.
The house offer parking and a nice garden, alongside 1 toilet in each floor, so 2 in total between 4 people.
Local gym 10m away, Eco park 5m away.
Smoking allowed outside but not in the house.
About us: We are Violeta and Joey, who are pretty chilled and tidy, and we're looking for someone to join us. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a DM.
Viewings will be between 30th December and 5th Jan, hoping to find someone by then, however we can video-call before, just because I am abroad at the moment
