Hello everyone
I am sadly moving out of our lovely home and relocating out of London and so we are looking for a new roommate to fill this big gorgeous, double bedroom on the ground floor our lovely 3-storey home on Greenland Dock.

- The location
You wouldn't believe this house is only in Zone 2, with its green and serene feel. It is just a 15 minute walk from Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations (SE16) for the Jubilee Line and Windrush Overground trains. It also is well connected to the city centre with 381 and C10 bus routes just a 5 minute walk away as well as the Uber Boat 5 minutes away also.

* A bit about the room
The room is a big double room with a large window overlooking our private decked garden and comes with a bed frame and mattress, bedside table chest of drawers and a built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe. Out the back of the private deck is a gorgeous residents only garden in a quiet neighbourhood with very little traffic.

+ The rest of the house
There are 3 other bedrooms in the house, two on the top floor, where there is a shared shower room and a room with an en-suite, and another on the ground floor, with a shower room on this level too. The two shower rooms will be shared between you and 2 other girls.
There is also a spacious kitchen and a seperate lounge/dining area as well as 3 balconies and a private outdoor deck!! The front of the house looks over the dock while the back of the house looks over the private deck, communal garden, the Thames and Canary Wharf.

* About the housemates
You'll be living with 3 other girlies, two work in health-care and work shift patterns and one is a finance girly, splitting her workload between the office and home, so there is always somebody about. We are 22-28 and regularly socialise, whether that is wine nights on the sofa, a cheeky pub quiz or a full-blown night out.

+ About you +
We are looking for somebody between 25-32 who enjoys a calm homely environment, that enjoys sitting and watching TV and eating meals together but also enjoys their own space. We like to maintain a clean and friendly household with a weekly cleaning rotation and would love someone to slot right in with us.

$ The boring stuff:
* You would be taking over my part in the tenancy agreement that ends in October 2026 with the potential to renew at the end of the tenancy. We have lived here since October 2023 and have had no issues renewing.
* The room is £908.33 PCM + bills which are about £131 PCM and all of those are paid to our house mate Bree who pays the bills and landlord directly.
* Deposit is £1067

We would need to get this room filled a move in date of the weekend 24th January, so if you are looking for a warm, cosy, home with people you can be friends as well as roommates with, this might be the place for you.
