Hi!
I’m Daniela, the landlady, and I’m looking for the right person to move into a large double room in a warm, welcoming, cosy 2-bed flat, sharing with Edoardo Italian Architect who’s clean, relaxed, and easy to get along with!
We’re looking for someone who’ll treat the flat like their own – respectful, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. It’s a proper home, not a party place.

* Double bed and plenty of light
* Furnished with built-in large wardrobe, storage bed, large chests of drawers
* large and comfortable – ideal for relaxing or working

🏠 The Flat:
* Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom & separate toilet room
* Fast WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen
* Calm, friendly vibe – perfect for someone grown-up and grounded
*dog is not included :)

🚇 Location:
* 5 minutes to Canada Water Station, 10min from Rotherhithe
* Close to a big Tesco and small Sainsbury, Southwark Park and a lot of green areas
* Close to Canada Water Library
* Safe, well-connected neighbourhood


📅 Available from: February. Open to consider a short term let of 3 months

Edoardo is sociable but respectful of space, and we’re keen to find someone similar – ideally mid-30s+, working, and looking for a home, someone who enjoys a chat over a coffee or a shared meal now and then, and could become more than just a flatmate… maybe even a friend!
