My flatmates and I are currently looking for a replacement tenant as our current flatmate is leaving the flat to travel. It is a 3 bed flat where you will be living with 2 girls (a PhD student, 27 & a working professional,28) and 1 guy (a Master student, 27).

The room available is a good-sized double bedroom with a large arched window. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the girls. The room comes with the bed, cabinet, shelf and drawers. It is also large enough to fit a work desk (the work desk, chair and clothing rack in the image is not included).

The flat is within a converted pump house which is actually a Grade II listed building and is just a 3 min walk away from Canada Water station. It has exposed brick walls and large arched windows in the living, dining and bedrooms - giving it lots of character and bringing in lots of natural light! The living/dining/kitchen space is also very spacious + it’s where we like to cook in, have board game nights, movie nights & the occasional house party. It is also located in a gated compound, so it’s very safe and secure!
