My flatmates and I are currently looking for a replacement tenant as our current flatmate is leaving the flat to travel. It is a 3 bed flat where you will be living with 1 girl (a PhD student, 27) and a couple (a Master student, 27 and a working professional, 28).

The flat is within a converted pump house which is actually a Grade II listed building and is just a 3 min walk away from Canada Water station. It has exposed brick walls and large arched windows in the living, dining and bedrooms - giving it lots of character and bringing in lots of natural light! The living/dining/kitchen space is also very spacious + it’s where we like to cook in, have flat board game nights, movie night in & the occasional house party. It is also located in a gated compound, so it’s very safe and secure!

The room available is a good-sized double bedroom with a large arched window. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person as the couple is living in the en-suite. The room comes with the bed, cabinet, shelf and drawers. It is also large enough to fit a work desk (the work desk, chair and clothing rack in the image is not included)

• Rent is £1200 pcm (excluding bills) - we've split the rent based on room sizes
