Sadly, our lovely flatmate is moving out 🥲, so we’re looking for a new housemate to join our home.

We’re all working professionals, so ideally we’re looking for someone similar. We’re mostly in the same age range, though if you’re a little older feel free to message — we’ll likely prioritise someone closer in age.

There are four of us in total, all POC. We’re super friendly and outgoing, but we’re also big on respecting each other’s space - quiet time is always honoured.

The area is gorgeous and very peaceful. We’re surrounded by water, so sound travels easily - meaning this is not a party house 😔, but perfect if you enjoy a calm, cosy home.

📍 Location (Zone 2) :
• ~15-minute walk to Canada Water (along the dock — genuinely such a pretty walk so many ducks and swans 🦢 )
• ~12 minutes to Surrey Quays
So you’re perfectly placed between both stations.

We know renting in London is tough 😭 — but this room is great value for the area, and if this feels like your vibe, it might just be the one. You’ve got this!!
