Price & dates: Rent is £1100. Bills vary between £150-£200. Looking for someone to move in around mid Feb, but can be flexible. However, keen to start referencing processes etc ASAP🤞🏼Contract runs until Nov this year, but possibility of extension!
Location: The flat is super central & well connected! 25 minutes walk to Tower Bridge via the Thames. 10 minutes walk to Canada Water tube (Jubilee line & London Bridge two stops away). There is also a train station a 10 min walk away. The area is very peaceful and safe, with various restaurants, cafes and bars. Nice community feel too.
Who you’ll be living with: Lara, 28, and an architect. She is an absolute GEM to live with! Extremely chilled, kind and generous🩷 She’s sociable (we love a good brunch and some chill drinks) but also very respectful of your space.
Who we are looking for: The most important thing for us to find someone who matches Lara’s vibe (friendly & relaxed!). We are open to male & female tenants, as well as couples. Ideally though, we are looking for someone with a 9-5 who is mid twenties+.
