Sunny room in Canada Water with great views

Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace me in a three-bedroom flatshare located about seven mins' walk each from Canada Water and Rotherhithe stations.

The room is furnished, with a huge southeast-facing window offering tons of natural light and an unobstructed views of Canary Wharf (looks much closer than pictured). The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two easygoing and welcoming women, both PhDs students and rarely home. Ideally we'd like another student for council tax (Band D) purposes, but it's not essential. Bills are approximately 50 - 80 per month.

The neighbourhood is one of the best in London, quiet and safe yet very central. There's a calm canal right in front of the flat and plenty of woodland and riverside paths for walking or running. Within a 10-minute walk are Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (Tesco Extra, Boots, etc.), Sainsbury's Local, and Canada Water Library. Southwark Park, the Mayflower Pub and the Thames are 15 mins by foot. By tube, we're 10 mins from London Bridge, and 15 mins from both Waterloo and Canary Wharf.

Move-in date is flexible but hoping to find someone within the month. You would be taking over my lease, which runs until mid-September and can be broken with two-months' notice from May onward.
