Quiet double room in Canada Water with great views

Hi! We have a room free in a three-bedroom flatshare located about 7 minutes' walk from both Canada Water and Rotherhithe stations.

The room on the top floor, with a huge southeast-facing window offering lots of natural light and great views. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two friendly and respectful women, both PhDs students. We're fairly quiet and give each other space, but have the occasional chat in the kitchen.

There's access to a private garden shared with the rest of the compound. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, but well-connected. There's a canal right in front of the flat and plenty of woodland and riverside paths for walking or running. Within a 10-minute walk are Surrey Quays Shopping Centre with a big Tesco, Sainsbury's Local, and Canada Water Library. Southwark Park, the Mayflower Pub and the Thames are 15 mins by foot.

Bills come out to approximately 60 - 100 per month and council tax is Band D. Original contract runs until mid-September but converts to rolling in May. Please message if you'd like to view!
