Hello! I'm Sruti, I'm one of the current tenants of our flat.

I'm looking for a friendly female flatmate to take over my room in our lovely flat in Canada Water! I'll be moving out this February as I have to move out of UK.

THE FLAT:
Warm, bright, and perfectly set up for sharing among 3 girls. There's a ton of kitchen space for cooking, a comfy L-shaped sofa, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the street – ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. We also have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. This is included in the rent, together with all bills. So you don't have to pay anything more than 1200 pcm!

THE FLATMATES:
Should you take this room, you'll be staying with two friendly girls who one who works consulting and the other who is an MBA student– both are warm, welcoming, and love a good chat.

THE ROOM:
The room itself is bright with great sunlight throughout the day, over looking the quiet street infront. Amazing storage and a double bed. There’s a work desk and a bedside table as well!

LOCATION:
Unbeatable! Just 2-3 minutes walking from Canada Water station and 1 minute from Rotherhithe station. The neighbourhood is amazing with the library, Tesco, Sainsbury's, cafes, bars, weekend food markets and gym all within walking distance. I'm honestly sad to leave this location because it's hard to beat! Best part: not even a minute away from the River!
