Short-term let – Cat lover wanted

Me and my wife have a lovely 3 bed house with a garden in Canada Water. We are going away from 27th March to 14th June with our dog to Europe and are looking to rent the spare bedrooms in our house out during this time. The price in this advert is per room and there are 2 available.

We also have a cat (who will be sleeping in our room whilst we are gone) and we’re looking for a responsible cat-loving renter who would be happy to care for our cat while we are away. This would involve feeding the cat twice a day and giving her a bit of affection – nothing complicated just someone kind and reliable.

The price reflects the short-term nature of the let and the light pet-care responsibility and is inclusive of bills (wifi, water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV license)

A few things to note:

The house is located about a 10 minute walk from Canada Water tube station (zone 2, jubilee line and windrush line) in a very quiet neighbourhood

It is our family home so it is very well looked after and comes fully furnished including a well equipped kitchen

It is a 3 floor town house with a kitchen/diner and utility room on the ground floor, a lounge, a bedroom and toilet on the middle floor, and a bedroom, bathroom and our room on the top floor. Unfortunately we are limited to 9 photos so not all the rooms are shown here.

Both bedrooms for rent as well as having double beds have desks and office chairs which is useful for anyone who wants to work from home

On the top floor there is a main bathroom with a bath, and our room has an ensuite rainfall shower. When we’re not around we are very happy for you to use the ensuite bathroom.
