🏡 The flat is clean, modern, and spacious (1100+ ft!). You’ll have a lovely double room with south-facing windows and a spacious outdoor terrace. The landlord is currently furnishing the flat so it’ll all be ready to go with brand new furniture for your move-in. Rent is £920 + bills.

🍁 The area is nice, clean and quiet. Canada Water is well connected and you can get into central, the City or Canary Wharf very quickly. So many cute cafes around and close to a big Tesco and Southwark park which is so nice for a stroll or run.

👧 Morgan and I are sociable, friendly and respectful. We both have pretty active jobs and social lives, but also need time to rest + recharge. We are as much a fan of chill days in as fun evenings out. Between us, we have a huge variety of hobbies and interests so chances are at least one of us will be into the same things you are! If you’d like to live with friends (rather than just being flatmates), that’s our vibe <3
