***About the room:

Small double room. The room comes furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. I have purchased the small double bed in the photos and I’m very happy to sell that to you for a very discounted price.

You’d be sharing a big bathroom with one another person. There is also an additional storage room where we keep shoes/coats/suitcases etc.

***Bills:
Bills come to around £150 a month (per person) depending on the season and usage and includes water, heating, electricity, internet, TV, and council tax.

***About the flatmates:
You will be living with Sanjna and Tessa, two young professionals, 28-31 yrs.

We all are very positive, responsible, neat and tidy, and respectful of people's privacy so looking for someone that ticks these boxes too! We all have busy lives but love to catch up with each other and we get on really well. Someone who is like-minded, respectful, and friendly would fit in very well.

***Area
The flat is around 8 min walk to Canada Water and Surrey Quays, it is really well connected with Jubilee line and the overground (Windrush) line. It’s really close to the Surrey Quays lake and Stave Hills for feeling like you’re not in London.

***Move in Details
The room will be free from mid-April (can be a little flexible on this if needed). You would need to pay the deposit and replace me on the joint contract - for this you would need to pass referencing checks.
