A bright and comfortable furnished room is available in my recently refurbished flat, less than a 5-minute walk from Canada Water station. For most of the year the flat is shared by two people, but during April–August this year there will be three people living in the flat (the third person is my friend who needs a place temporarily and is also super respectful and quiet). During this period, rent will be £100 less per month and bills will be split between three.
The flat benefits from large windows and plenty of direct sunlight, creating a bright and airy living space. The building also features a large communal interior garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The Flat
The flat was fully refurbished less than a year ago, with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and modern furniture. It also includes a private balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a toaster, kettle, microwave and more, and you’ll even have your own fridge.
Storage is one of the flat’s strong points:
The bedroom includes a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe

The hallway has generous additional storage, with each person getting space roughly the size of a second wardrobe

The bathroom also has dedicated storage

A bit about me: I’m an engineer who enjoys working on side projects. I’m always up for a good chin wag, but equally happy living with someone who prefers to keep to themselves. I keep the flat tidy, and we’ll have a fortnightly cleaner whose cost will be shared.
I’m looking for someone tidy, quiet and respectful. Potential tenants may be asked to undergo a referencing process.
Commitment
We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months.
