The flat is fully furnished and comfortable throughout - fridge, freezer, electric hob, sofa, dining table, coffee table, and good storage. The building is a secure, double-gated development on the 4th floor with a 24-hour concierge, parcel mailboxes, and basement bin

Current housemate
You’ll be sharing with one friendly, easy-going professional who works in tech/sales — in the office most of the week and WFH a 2days a week. A chilled place to come home to!

Transport and getting around
Canada Water station is just a 4-minute walk away (Jubilee line and Overground), making it easy to get to London Bridge, Bermondsey, Peckham, and beyond.
