I am looking for a flatmate in my 2 bed flat in Surrey Quays / Canada Water! My current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner soon.

About the flat:
🛌 Large Ensuite Room with Double Bed, bookshelf, large cupboard with storage space for suitcases / chest of drawers and a desk if you would like.
📍Walking distance from zone 2 Canada Water (Jubilee) and Surrey Quays (Overground) station (5-10 minutes)
🛍️ Surrey Quays shopping centre is a short walk away - has a very large Tesco, boots, Superdrug, Holland and Barret etc
🔐 The flat is very safe. It’s secured by an entrance gate to the flats and a building which both have a code.
🍳 Kitchen and living room is fully equipt (mostly my pots pans etc ) but happy for you to use whenever

💰 Rent: 1250 a month, bills not included
💡 Bills: 100-150 per month typically
📆 Move in Date: earliest move in on May 30/31st. Ideally before June 11th (my flatmate can be slightly flexible on this so we can discuss this!)

- working professional (no students)
- Ideally aged mid twenties to early thirties
- Non smoker / drugs
- No pets

About me:
- I work in the office most days and am up early in the morning!
- I am a huge foodie and really enjoy cooking and baking, Pilates / yoga/ spin classes, reading, going on long walks, binge watching reality tv shows and working out
- I enjoy living with someone I can socialise with and value personal space. I value a calm, clean, cozy flat and am really easy going!
- A few times a year I have a few friends over and do small dinner / movie night / girls night which I would love if you wanted to be part of :)
