Cozy room in Canada Waters SE16

Hello, I’m moving out of my house and looking for someone to move in on or after 31st May. The location of this house is quite nice, it’s residential and very safe and friendly with mostly families in the neighbourhood. A quick 5-10 min walk gets you to the heart of Canada Water where there is a river body with perfect sunset over view over the london skyline, there are a weekend food stalls outside the station, also a nice walk through river thames. The location is the primary reason I initially chose this place and I love it!

Currently the house has 5 members, all super friendly and nice. In the too floor (my room) we have 3 bedrooms (1 en suite). The bathroom is shared between me and 2 others. The 3rd girl works night shifts, and we never had to wait to use the bathroom.

The mattress is new as it was replaced by the agency 2 months ago and the room is fully furnished (except the jacket hanger which I can sell for £20).
