Looking for a student to take over my en-suite room at Scape Canada Water from early June
I'm looking for a suitable replacement tenant for my Standard En-suite room at Scape Canada Water.

Price: £300 per week (all bills included)
Move-in date: Around 7th June 2026 (flexible)
Contract end date: 5th September 2026
Room type: Standard En-suite (private bathroom)
Kitchen: Shared kitchen with only 4 other people (small and quiet flat)

You must be a full-time student and willing to sign a new contract with Scape until September 2026. The £350 administration fee will be paid by the new tenant.
