There are 2 contracts available to take over -
The summer contract is available from NOW until 4th September at £322.10/week.
The 2026-2027 academic year contract is available for £344/week - on the Scape website the ensuites currently start at £353 per week.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and chair, as well as build-in wardrobe and shelves. Extra bits of furniture (e. g. shower shelves, shoe rack, shelf unit) are available if wanted.


The kitchen is shared with 7 other girls. There are extra shelving units to ensure sufficient space for crockery etc. There are couches and a TV so the space doubles as a living room.
All the bills are included in the advertised price, along with the benefits that Scape offers including gym and cinema room access. Maintenance is also covered by Scape, with any issue being sorted in a timely manner by the team.

The Scape property has two blocks, A and B, each of them with communal study spaces and laundry rooms. Other amenities include indoor games and a roof garden with mini golf.

The room being advertised is on the ground floor of block A, benefitting from taller ceilings and windows as well as a more spacious shared kitchen/living room.

The area is great for students, with cafes close by and a park 5 minutes away.
There is a Sainsbury's within a 5 minute walk and a big Tesco within a 10 minute walk. The Canada Water Dock is just 5 minutes away from the property where there's a market every Sunday.
